Qiaoliqiao Shaobing (baked cake in griddle) shop originates from the "incense-burning Shaobing" in West Gate, Wuzhen. According to the records in the Wuqing Town Annals of the Republic of China, the only time to incense-burning Shaobing with salt and pepper, dried vegetables and sesame seeds was during the period of incense-burning. Later, it was called the folk snack food in Wuzhen all the year round because of its crispy, convenient, hot and cold, and old friends' favorite!
