Tourist Service Center of Wuzhen Tourism Co., Ltd. was established in 2001. Since its opening, the service center has been providing professional services for tourists with the tenet of "Quality Service, Humanity First". By 2007, the West Gate Scenic Spot officially opened to the public. The Tourist Service Center has improved service quality, improved equipment and facilities, and set up five major sectors, including the Front Hall, Ticketing Department, Consultation and Reservation Center, and Reception Department, and eight business departments, involving tour guides, ticketing, booking, accommodation, luggage service, consultation, and reception services. In order to comply with the concept of heroine creation and fully consider the needs of tourists, we have added humanized and characteristic services such as foreign language tour guide explanation service, 24-hour consultation service at the front desk of West Gate Scenic Spot, free goods rental service, VIP itinerary consultant reception, ticket sales, public transportation guidance, travel online shopping service, luggage storage, rest area, mother and baby room, etc. Female employees play an important role in customer service positions in the service center. In combination with the transformation of the scenic area from a "sightseeing and leisure resort type" to a "cultural and exhibition town", encouraged by the honor of "Heroine Civilization Post", they actively optimize various service work, innovate quality, and successfully created the "National Heroine Civilization Post" in 2015. In 2016, they were awarded the honorary title of "National March 8th Red Flag Carrier Collective", and the honorary title of "National May Day Heroine Model Post" issued by the All China Federation of Trade Unions in 2017.
