This dish requires selected marbled pork. Add liquor flavored dried fish from Shaoxing and dried lotus seeds, and braise it for several hours, just like cooking the braised Dongpo pork. It is crystal like jade with fragrance from lotus, fat but not greasy. The tasty meat is so soft that as if it can melt in your mouth!
