The black wine snowflake beef is cooked with selected Australian Angus veal, braised in local traditional method. By adding local black wine while cooked over gentle heat, the veal is cooked to red, and tastes fresh and sweet. This is also one of the main dishes when President Xi invited Russian Prime Minister Medvedev at the banquet of the 2nd Word Internet Conference in Wuzhen.
