The conference center consists of two floors, consisting of a total of 26 conference halls and one theater. Among them, the more distinctive conference halls are Wuzhen Conference Hall, Huanhe Room, Canal Conference Room, etc.

Wuzhen Conference Hall:

It is the main venue. As the largest conference hall in the entire conference center, it covers an area of 4,327 square meters and can accommodate nearly 3,000 people simultaneously.  The opening ceremony of the third World Internet Conference was held here, and the vodeo of  Xi Jinping’s address was played on the huge screen on the wall. The main forum (plenary session) during the conference was also held in Wuzhen Conference Hall, where political figures from various countries and internet giants such as Ma Yun and Ma Huateng also delivered speeches.

Huanhe Room：

The Huanhe Room is an foreign guest lounge during the conference, with a single room area of 158 square meters and a capacity of 18 people. Mr. Muxin’s drewing is on the wall as a template, and printed it on silk as random embroidery with triangular and single needle. Corner decoration items includes high white porcelain plum vase, also known as "Jing Vase", first appeared in the Tang Dynasty and was more popular during the Song and Liao dynasties; In modern times, Xu Zhiheng described in detail described the shape, characteristics, and origin of the name in his book Talking about Porcelain in Drinking and Flowing House: "The plum vase has a thin mouth and short neck, a wide and broad shoulder, and a slightly narrow tibia, and a slightly plump foot. The small caliber is only proportional to the thin bone of plum, hence the name plum vase. The design of the bottle body is Mr. Mu Xin's landscape painting, and each painting also contains the signature of" Mu Xin "; it implies that Mr. Mu Xin is visiting these landscapes.

Canal Conference Room：

During the Canal Conference Room, it is a Chinese lounge with a single room area of 158 square meters and can accommodate 20 people. On the wall, there  is Lotus lacquer painting made by the lacquer technology; the natural lacquer is one of the local specialties in China, originating from primitive forests and the family of natural lacquer trees. Natural raw lacquer is a natural lacquer tree sap artificially harvested from lacquer trees, and mainly contains high molecular weight urushiol, laccase, resin, and water, known as China's' Three Treasures' (tree cutting lacquer, silkworms spinning silk, and bees making honey).

N Theatre:

There is also an N Theatre on the first floor of the conference center, with an area of 498 square meters and a total of 404 seats. It is equipped with professional lighting and sound equipment. It is an important performance venue for the opening ceremony of the 4th Drama Festival and the performance of the three special invited dramas Mom's Poetry, Hamlet, and Soul Dictionary.
