Job responsibilities:

1. Collect and collate the information of assessment methods and basis, and assist in formulating assessment indicators of various departments according to the company's assessment system.

2. Assist in designing assessment plans and participating in the implementation of assessment plans in various departments.

3. Collate and analyze the assessment information and feedback the assessment results of various departments.

4. Establishment of personnel assessment management information base and maintenance of information system data;

5. Collect the problems encountered in the assessment and provide suggestions for improving the assessment system and indicators.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in human resources or related majors;

2. Over one year's experience in performance-based social security management and familiarity with relevant laws and regulations;

3. Familiar with the company's human resources policy, master the basic methods of performance appraisal, the basic theory of qualification appraisal, and the basic methods of statistical investigation and analysis;

4. The work is organized, planned, friendly, principled, honest and down-to-earth, patient, careful, calm and meticulous, strong communication and coordination ability, team spirit;

5. Proficient in office software and basic network knowledge.
