Job responsibilities:

1. Make annual, quarterly and monthly news media communication plans according to the brand's strategic development goals, and establish the brand's media relations norms and strategies;

2. Write all kinds of manuscripts and publicity materials for the company's brand, products and activities.

3. Construct the core media relationship network of the enterprise, and develop and maintain the media relationship;

4. Be responsible for communicating with the media and planning influential topics, and closely follow up the implementation of media reports;

5. Planning and organizing various media activities;

6. Docking evaluation of media delivery and sponsorship of activities;

7. Write media monitoring reports of communication projects, and analyze and evaluate the effects of communication.

8. Collect information and developments of industries and competitors regularly, and organize and analyze them to form reports.

9. Develop reputation management and crisis public relations.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in Communication, News, Public Relations, Advertising, etc.

2. More than 3 years media work experience, experience in internet, tourism, culture and art industry is preferred.

3. Rich media resources and good media relations, familiar with all kinds of media operation, cultural and art industry, tourism industry media resources are preferred;

4. Strong public relations communication planning ability, with experience in planning and executing large-scale public relations communication projects;

5. Open-minded personality, down-to-earth work, team spirit, good creative ability and learning ability, can adapt to greater work pressure, can effectively deal with emergencies.

6. Good writing skills, will write advertising copy, propaganda copy, press release. PS, photography and video are preferred.
